All vaginas should be celebrated by mankind. There should be a day or month where we tell the vagina “Thank you”. Thank you for being strong. Thank you for being resilient. Thank you for holding on tight to his penis and for allowing us to both enjoy the heightened sensation. That is why we should have a vagina appreciation day.

Religious beliefs, teachers, parents, doctors, men, society and so on love to tell women what to do with their vaginas. They like to tell us how it should look, smell, and act. They like to tell us how to enjoy her. Even instruct us on the age they believe it is appropriate to start to enjoy her.

Not anymore.

All vaginas must be liberated to act, do, and enjoy themselves fully.

Our vaginas are ours to do with as we please and with whom we please. Your relationship with your vagina is one of the most intimate you will ever have. Make the most of her by learning about her and being thankful for the gifts she has bestowed upon you.

Vaginas play a vital role in growing and birthing mankind. She also provides us with a lifetime of sexual intimacy to be enjoyed to the fullest.

We have every right to enjoy the greatest pleasure of life without worrying about others’ opinions. All females should appreciate and understand their magical and powerful vaginas.

Here are 13 facts about vaginas that many do not know:

1. The vagina is a self-cleaning organ. It has its own ecosystem with good bacteria that help maintain a healthy pH balance.

2. Vaginal discharge is normal and varies throughout the menstrual cycle. It helps to cleanse and lubricate the vagina. It also keeps the vagina free from infections

3. The clitoris has more than 8,000+ nerve endings, making it a highly sensitive and pleasure-inducing part of the female reproductive system. Nerve endings are sensory receptors that transmit signals to our central nervous system. They can be found throughout our body, but not in large numbers like the clit of a female has for ‘her’ pleasure.

Males have 4,000 up to 7,000 nerve endings in their penis glans (head) and hence why many enjoy being stimulated in this area.

Vaginas deserve to feel the highest climax of life itself, as she produces life itself!

As women, we are able to enjoy pleasure at the highest level and that is why we must say thank you to our girl! Vagina Appreciation Day is every day. Men and women adore the vagina. She is fun, sensitive, nurturing, enjoyable, and a producer of the human race.

More facts many do not know about the vagina.

4. The width of the vagina is capable of stretching and expanding during sexual arousal and childbirth. The muscles and tissues are incredibly elastic.

5. The length of the vaginal canal also changes size. It varies among women, but on average, it is about 3 to 4 inches long when not sexually aroused. When aroused, she can stretch to four to eight inches.

6. Vaginas can produce natural lubrication when sexually aroused, which helps reduce friction during sexual activity.

7. The vaginal opening is located between the urethra (where urine exits) and the anus (where stool exits).

8. The clitoral hood protects the clitoris and is made of the same type of skin as the labia.

9. The appearance of vulvas (the external part of the female genitalia) can vary widely among women. There is no “normal” or “ideal” look, and all variations are normal and unique.

10. Maintaining good genital hygiene includes gentle cleaning with mild soaps or specifically formulated cleansers. Douching is not recommended as it can disrupt the natural balance of bacteria and lead to infections.

11. Bartholin’s glands: Located on either side of the vaginal opening, Bartholin’s glands secrete fluid that lubricates the vagina during sexual arousal. If these glands get blocked, they can lead to a buildup of fluid and a cyst may form.

12. The antonym of the vagina is a penis (elongated vagina).

13. G-spot: The G-spot is an area inside of the vagina that, when stimulated, can contribute to intense pleasure and even induce orgasm in some individuals. Its precise location and sensitivity can differ among women, but when stimulated properly, the arousal happens from deep within.

This is why we all should be thanking our vagina. She is alive! She expands, lengthens, self-cleans, lubricates, grows babies, and more. She can feel it when someone is near her. She knows when she is being touched. She knows when she is being loved.

Keeping the Vagina and Your Body at the Right pH

The pH balance plays a crucial role in maintaining vaginal health. The vagina has an acidic pH ranging from 3.8 to 4.5, which helps to create an environment that is inhospitable for harmful bacteria and yeast. The acidic pH promotes the growth of beneficial bacteria, primarily lactobacilli, which help maintain healthy vaginal flora.

When the pH balance is disrupted, such as by an increase in alkalinity from sperm or food you have eaten, it can lead to an overgrowth of harmful bacteria or yeast, causing infections like bacterial vaginosis or yeast infections. Therefore, maintaining the proper pH balance is important for preventing these infections and overall vaginal health.

To maintain a healthy pH balance, it is generally recommended to avoid using harsh soaps, douches, or other feminine products that can disrupt the natural acidity of the vagina. Wearing breathable cotton underwear, practicing safe sex, and maintaining good hygiene are also helpful in preserving the vaginal pH balance. If you feel your pH is off drink one capful of apple cider vinegar and that will correct the pH of your body, including your vagina.

If you have more concerns about your vaginal health, you can always choose to consult with a healthcare professional for personalized advice.
