In today’s world, the dominance of Western medicine and health practices is undeniable. However, some individuals seek alternative paths to maintain their well-being and strive for a holistic approach to health.
We all want to be a better version of ourselves but how do we get there?

Many of us ask those questions and then seek the answers. Some say go to the gym, some say eliminate starches or sugars, and others believe eliminating alcohol or cutting back is the key.
No matter which advice you follow many find themselves back where they started. Like an animal chasing its tail. No more chasing your own tail. No more listening to advice and never making a lasting change. Embrace holistic wellness and become the best version of you.
In this article, we will explore how you can become the best healthy version of yourself without relying solely on Western medicine and conventional health practices.
1. Embracing Natural Therapies
One of the pillars of an alternative approach to health is embracing natural therapies. This includes practices such as herbal medicine, acupuncture, Ayurveda, traditional Chinese medicine, and homeopathy. Utilizing ancient traditions and natural remedies can help balance your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
2. Nourishing Your Body with Whole Foods
Opting for a whole foods diet is crucial for maintaining optimal health. Focus on consuming fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds. Additionally, minimize processed foods, artificial additives, and sugar, as they can contribute to poor health outcomes.

The Sun’s Role in Natural Healing
Every day the sun rises and shines on us, and for that, we call him the Sun God. Why do we refer to the sun as a he? Sun is masculine. Just look at the Spanish word for “the sun” is “el sol”.
Further proof, if you ever get close to a man and hug him you will feel him radiate heat. Some would say that this may be because you are hugging them and they are feeling your energy, however, scientifically men tend to have higher temperatures because of their muscle mass and a higher metabolism.
Furthermore, the cycle of the Sun matches the cycle of men. That is why a 9 to 5 work model is a patriarchal model perfectly designed for men and is really tough work cycle for a woman’s body.
Women are cyclical, like the moon is cyclical hence it is call “la luna” and mother earth is “la tierra”. In Spanish la and el both means “the” but la is feminine and el is masculine.
The Sun God shines over Mother Earth as we refer to her. The surface of the ground is her skin. The water in the oceans is her blood constantly flowing and moving around energy. The fire that she pushes out of volcanoes is her spirit, and the air/wind that blows is her breathing.
Together the Sun God and Mother Earth work daily to help maintain our existence on Earth. They produce babies daily. They give life daily. The babies are the plants and fruits that we need. When those plants, fruits, humans, and animals die, we all return back to our mother, Mother Earth, from which we come.
If you have melanin you can absorb the rays of the Sun God. You can feel him hugging your skin with all the heat. We gain our vitamin D from our Sun God, not from a vitamin pill.
Do you know who else can absorb the sun rays?
The plants and trees do.
When we receive the sun’s rays our body converts it to vitamin D, and plants and trees undergo photosynthesis. Sun rays are each of the lines in which light (and heat) stream from the sun or any luminous body, and passes through a small opening.
The Sun represents life and strength, plus it controls male influence. The circular symbol of the sun signifies the completion of great work.
The sun encourages people and gives them the determination to succeed. The sun is one of the luminaries and a star that gives strength to all the other planets. The sun is the ego, the lively part, of people’s identity. It has the ability to control the health and prosperity of the people as crops are still a commodity that is imported and exported depending on how well your region can grow crops to feed its people.
Respect, pray and give thanks to the Sun.
According to Britannica, photosynthesis is the process by which green plants and certain other organisms transform light energy into chemical energy. During photosynthesis in green plants, light energy is captured and used to convert water from the soil, carbon dioxide from the air, and minerals into oxygen and energy-rich organic compounds.
This diagram of photosynthesis shows the cycle of life. It shows how sunlight, water, and carbon dioxide are absorbed by a plant to produce sugars like glucose (plant energy) to make cellulose (cell walls), oxygen to help us to breathe, and more carbon dioxide to put back into the air.
Plants rely on the energy of the sunlight for their energy and to grow, and so must we in order to produce the nutrients we need. We all need each other.
Did you know?
If a plant takes in or absorbs too much energy it could damage critical proteins. In order to protect themselves the plant converts the excess energy into heat and sends it back out.
The plant gives Mother Earth half of its food and the remaining half it gives to both animals and humans to eat.
If the process of photosynthesis stopped there would be very little food to eat. Most organisms would soon disappear and in time the Earth’s atmosphere would become gaseous oxygen. The only organisms that would be able to exist are chemosynthetic bacteria, which are not dependent on the conversion of light energy. There are only some autotrophs that live in extreme environments that can produce through the chemosynthesis process versus photosynthesis.
To be the best version of yourself you must understand the food chain.
Quite simply the autotrophs are the plants (producers), and everyone else is a consumer, as we do not produce our own food except in the case of lactating mothers.
Primary consumers are herbivore that eats autotrophs directly. This consumer receives the most energy and nutrients possible because they consume the producer directly.
Then there are the secondary consumers, carnivores (meat eaters) and omnivores (eat everything, all types of organisms). They receive less energy and nutrients because they are further down the food chain.
Thus if you are not consuming fruit, vegetables, grains, and legumes directly, you will always receive less. The leftovers.
If your food has ingredients, flavors, and additives that you are unsure of the origin and it is not from Mother Earth, then it is from the laboratory.
Laboratory food is an imitation, a mutant, which lacks nutrients and will give zero energy for your internal system to operate properly.
This is the opposite of what you need to improve yourself.
It is also the opposite of what our Sun God and Mother Earth have in store for us. They are busy working for us daily. They shine over us daily while still taking care of all the plant life needed to feed us.
Chemically-Created lab food cannot produce the ‘Best Version of You’
Here are some questions to ponder.
- Why do some people refuse to consume the food our creator meant for us?
- Why are we lining up to spend our money on foods that come from laboratories and not from Mother Earth?
- Why are we surprised when we find ourselves with dis-eases when we know we consume dead or nutrient-deficient foods?
Then to make the crazy food cycle worse we go to a medical professional, as they like to call themselves, who receives funding from the same laboratories that created the dis-ease within you. We go to the medical professional seeking advice on how to cure the dis-ease their friends in the lab-created.
Does that sound familiar? It sounds like covid-19 all over again but this time it is in the chemically-created food that some of us consume daily.
They provide you with no natural remedy only more imitation stuff, this time it is called prescription medicine.
Yes, I agree that possibly some prescription medicines could be helpful, but do remember most create more dis-eases in our bodies, including addictions.
Just research the opioid crisis and find its origin. Then tell me who was locked up and put in prison over the damage that this crisis has brought to our world from prescription drugs.
All the time and money are spent on making ourselves sicker, broke, and more unattractive. The human | hue-man body can only be cured by a higher power. Do not believe me, just look around you. Read the statistics and watch the medical news. Talk to family members who have lost loved ones too early, and they can tell you about all the medicines and treatments, time and money spent did not produce a cure, nor did it prevent an early death. No more suffering. Return to your optimal health.
