10 REASONS TO TREAT YOUR AUTOIMMUNE DISEASE NATURALLY

Did you know that more people are developing autoimmune disorders than dying from heart attacks and cancer combined? This is based on a recent medical report.

In this article, I am going to reveal the very best treatment for all autoimmune diseases, and if you’ve never heard of it, you are in for a treat. You need to know about it because it can greatly improve your life.

Autoimmune disease is a huge problem and the solution or bandage that many medical providers offer actually gives you a lot of side effects. Take for example prednisone. This is the most recommended medical solution right now and it is not a really good one.

Ten Reasons To NOT TREAT Your Autoimmune Disease. Get Rid of It.

  1. There are numerous negative side effects to medicines taken to try to manage and treat autoimmune diseases. It is quite awful when you think about it because your body eventually becomes resistant to the medicine and it stops working. So what do you do next?
  1. Everyone and I mean everyone can fully afford this treatment because it is quite affordable, which is wonderful news and as compared to other treatments for autoimmune illnesses, this solution has almost no adverse effects.
  1. This is very important, eventhough no one has told you this before.. the immune attack can really be stopped. You can repair you immune response. As you consider what an autoimmune disease is, you will realize that it is an immune system attack on your own tissues. That’s absurd, but this treatment can make things better.
  1. Fourth the solution to this issue has been scientifically proven to lessen the severity of your symptoms, particularly as it relates to the inflammation. The major issue with autoimmune disorder is the chronic inflammation. This makes it impossible for your tissues to operate normally and even raises your risk of developing insulin resistance.
    1. Furthermore, the longer you have this issue can raise your chance of developing cancer.
    2. It forces you into a situation where you must constantly take medication, which has additional adverse effects.
    3. The treatment we are discussing also has solid evidence that it can reduce interleukin-17 T cells. What is interleukin-17 T, exactly? It is an immune system component that contributes to inflammation. This treatment will reduce  interleukin-17 T, which means your inflammation will also decrease.
    4. Even your immune cells can be reprogrammed with this treatment. Hence, it involves reprogramming your entire immune system, which is quite exciting, rather than just providing you with some symptomatic alleviation.
  1. It can boost hemopoietic stem cells.
    1. What does hemopoetic mean? This has to do with the blood in your bone marrow and the bone marrow itself that produces what is known as stem cells, which are really these undefined basic cells with the capacity to differentiate into whatever cells you require.
    2. As a result, the stem cell reserve is crucial to the reparative process, and people are currently receiving stem cell therapy for a variety of conditions and diseases, which is a wonderful treatment.
    3. Nevertheless, the treatment I’m about to share with you will boost your body’s capacity to produce stem cells, allowing you to essentially rebuild and repair your immune system. Improvement is therefore naturally expected as a remedy.
  1. This procedure will reduce the requirement for medication.
  1. You will have a powerful immune-controlling impact, especially for rheumatoid arthritis and lupus.
    1. Other conditions that will benefit includes MS, various autoimmune skin conditions like psoriasis, thyroid autoimmune diseases like Graves disease or Hashimoto’s, and an adrenal autoimmune disease called Addison’s disease will all significantly help regain control of your immune system.
  1. This treatment has the capacity to expand the size and diversity of your microbiome. As your microbiome makes up 80% of your immune system, this alone can have a significant positive impact on your health.
  1. Ninth, you will experience restorative benefits from this treatment on your tissues.
  1. In addition to all of the aforementioned autoimmune disease benefits, it can also aid in
    1. the elimination of cancer cells
    2. help you become smarter
    3. boost your cognitive function
    4. lift your mood
    5. help you repair your metabolism

How Do You Naturally Eliminate Your Autoimmune Disease?

The answer: Fasting

Wow, now I am sure you are surprised that someone would really take the time to give you a natural, FREE treatment. I was definitely shock to learn this, but hey, there is no financial gain in telling you a natural treatment that you do not have to pay for.

According to studies I’ve read, when you fast, you achieve fantastic outcomes, but once you start eating again, some of these fasting advantages are lost. What do you then?

Engage in routine, consistent intermittent fasting.

This way you are eating for a few hours a day and this can have positive effects on your immune system.

Three Ways to Incorporate Intermittent Fasting Into Your Diet

  1. Fast for 18 hours
    1. 18-hours of no eating, only drink water and black coffee or tea, and then have a 6 hour open window to eat. Your immune system will improve.
  1. Fast for 20 hours with a 4-hour eating window
    1. As an example, if your first meal was at two o’clock in the afternoon, then your second meal would be at six o’clock in the evening. If you do this and do it frequently, it will have a significant impact on your immune system.
  1. Once you master these intermittent fasting, then start eating only one meal a day on a regular basis. At the time you choose to eat, eat a substantial meal that would give you a significant 23-hour fast.

Regular or Routine Prolonged Fasting

Once you master intermittent fasting, now move on to prolonged fasting.

What is prolonged fasting?

It is when you fast for a longer period of time. Example, fasting for 48 to 120 hours, or for two days to five days on a regular basis.

It is suggested that you start with a 48-hour fast every one to two weeks since it is doable for most people and will have a significant impact on your immune system.

Once you get used to this and when you start to feel better, fast up to 120 hours once a month. This will undoubtedly have huge impacts in your recovery depending on your discipline and the severity of your symptoms. The nice part about fasting is that it is incredibly simple since you will lose your appetite.

Other Fasting Schedules

  1. There are several other fasting schedules out there, such as alternative day fasting, which I don’t advise. You eat one day, and then, you fast the next day. The issue with it is that you never fully adjust to the state of ketosis, which makes it challenging to fast on days when you are continuously hungry and seeking food.
  1. Then there is the five and two diet, which is much worse because it requires you to eat everything you want for five days, and then, fast or consume only 500 calories on the other two days. Due to your continued cravings and hunger, it will be challenging to stick to your diet.
  1. Calorie restriction kind of simulates fasting by limiting calories to, say, 500 a day, and to be completely honest, I do not recommend this type of fast. Mainly due to the fact it is not a real fast. It is simulating your fasting. There is scientific evidence to support its effectiveness, but remember that even a small amount of food may increase your appetite and make you desire more. Your body does not enter a condition where hunger just disappears entirely until you quit eating altogether.

Therefore, the fast that is recommended is time-limited or time restrictive. You follow the same routine fasting where you go without food for a period, and you do get to eat every day. It is a more natural flow to how our ancestors likely ate as well. In the past we had to hunt and go get food. We did not have grocery stores and refrigerators to store food until we were ready to eat, so we ate once a day or twice at best.
